Vice Chancellor of Bentiu University met with UNMISS officials in Juba

The Vice Chancellor of Bentiu University of Petroleum Prof. Dr. Melha Rout Biel met with Madam Hiroko Hirahara, Director of Civil Affairs Division of the United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan and his accompanying delegations. The meeting took place at the UNMISS Headquarters in Juba on the 21st of May 2026.
