Equipping library resource centers has been a strategic goal of BUP since its inception. As of May 2026, the new Juba Studies Center library is open to all enrolled students, joining the existing Bentiu main library.
The Juba branch focuses on Computer Science, Business, and general academic resources, while the Bentiu library specializes in Petroleum Engineering and Environmental Sciences references.
Both libraries offer reading rooms, group study rooms, and reference services. Students with valid BUP IDs can borrow up to four books for 14 days, renewable once. Past exam papers and BUP theses are also being progressively archived for student access.
